The Minds Behind
Bronthie Market Intelligence.
Houston-based with perspective shaped across U.S. and international markets, our work applies marketing research, business analytics, insight mining, strategic thinking, cultural observation, and disciplined execution in service of the franchise owner /operator groups and local businesses we serve.

Bronthie
Lead Strategist + Founder
Bronthie founded Bronthie Market Intelligence to serve franchise owner/operators and local businesses through hyperlocal market intelligence, business analytics and strategic leadership.
Her perspective was shaped across both sides of the marketing table: as a marketing research and data analysis specialist at López Negrete Communications, an award-winning national advertising and marketing agency, and as Director of Marketing for the nationally recognized McDonald’s owner/operator Nic Snowberger across his 16 franchise units in Montana & Wyoming.
She applies marketing research and business analytics principles, macro and micro trend spotting, creative judgment, and leadership to predict, spot and fulfill demand opportunities.
Bronthie serves on the board of the Advertising Education Foundation of Houston and continues as a business coach and mentor at her alma mater, the University of Houston Bauer College of Business.

Ileana Cano
Seasonal Editor-in-Chief + Partner
Ileana brings international observation, editorial refinement, seasonal financial stewardship, and executional discipline to Bronthie Market Intelligence.
Her background includes institutional communications experience as Director of Communications for SARH in Tamaulipas, Mexico, working across the agricultural and cultural sectors. She later founded Publicité, providing custom advertising solutions for clients across South Texas and Mexico.
She studies international advertising culture, luxury consumer demand, and social media trends, bringing those observations back into the work with taste, structure, and precision.
Her eye for differentiation, presentation, and cultural nuance also informs Bronthie Market Intelligence’s perspective on the Executive Presence service.
In her off-season, she inspires the next generation of leaders through intellectually rigorous Spanish-language culture at Ridge Point High School.

Hyperlocal
Marketing Research
The first thing to do when solving any business problem is research.
Who is the customer?
Why do they choose you?

Applied Data Analysis
Once data is gathered, it demands analysis.

Insight Mining
Smart analysis reveals insights such as why your customers buy what they buy, where they buy, and how to earn more market share.

Strategic
Local Execution
Once the insight is visible, strategy gives the business a direction to move.

Marketing Team Management
After strategic goals are set, execution becomes a matter of team management and talent development.
If a team is already in place, I help guide it.
If not, I activate my Intelligence Network.

Spanish Impementation
For markets where Spanish-language communication matters, this add-on supports culturally informed execution and leadership.
